Ufone Introduced Uwatch : Keep in touch with your kids

Advancement of technology and day by day increasing competition forced the cellular companies to introduce new products and services to raise their profits and market share. In this regard ufone has introduces first time in Pakistan a tracking watch called "UWatch", the basic purpose of this watch is to track the movement of kids and keep the parents update about the location of their kids.

Parents can not only know the exact location of their kids but also can restrict their movement with the help of Geo-Fence technology which allows the parents to set up a safe zone on the map and parents will get a notification every time the child enters or exits the specified area. Moreover this watch will also keep the tracking history of the kid.

Voice Calling:

Along with tracking of kids this watch also enables the child to make a call and receive a call, on just few per-defined numbers. There is also an SOS Calling button which would be used for calling in case of emergency.

Other Function:

- Pedometer: UWatch is equipped with Pedometer which estimates the distance traveled on foot
- Splash Proof: For the safety of the watch UWatch is made splash proof.
- Sensor: Its built in sensor sends every time the child takes off the UWatch.

Design and Price:

As this watch is designed for kids its design is kept simple and used unbreakable material for long life. This watch is powered by a rechargeable battery (timing up to two days). The UWatch is available in three colors; Black, Blue and Pink and comes with monthly free minutes, SMS and MBs along with a 6 months warranty for just Rs. 6,999/. Subscription charges (including tracking, minutes, SMS, MBs, taxes and all other chargers) are Rs. 3000/year. After paying the annual subscription charges, free resources including 100 minutes Ufone to Ufone, 100 MBs and 2000 SMS will be given every month for a year.

NOTE: Telenor also introduced its watch with the name "Telenor Companion" with almost same specifications.
